Chocolate Chia Pudding

Hi internet, I've been way too busy but made some time here for this very simple pudding! It's tasty and easy to make, with only 4 ingredients. This recipe is adapted from The Almond Eater.

Ingredients

-1 cup milk of your choice (I used Chobani extra creamy oat milk)

-2 tablespoons honey

-2 tablespoons cocoa powder

-5 tablespoons chia seeds

Recipe

Whisk the milk, honey, and cocoa powder together until homogenous.

Then stir in the chia seeds. Transfer to a container and store in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Result

As you can see, the chia seeds absorb all the liquid and become big and soft. The texture of this pudding is hard to describe but is very pleasing to me - it's kind of gelatinous but in a seed-y way. The overall vibe of eating this is a cross between overnight oats and chocolate pudding. It's a refreshing thing to eat for breakfast (or dessert) and I recommend trying it if you like chia seeds.

That's all for now!
